At Dog Lover Swag, every product is printed, pressed, or engraved with love — just for you! Because our items are made to order, a little extra time ensures the quality and care your pup-inspired gear deserves.

🕒 Processing & Production Time

All of our products are made to order.
Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

This includes time for:

  • Printing or engraving your design

  • Quality inspection

  • Safe and secure packaging

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

🚚 Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced, it will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item and your location.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • U.S. Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (customs may vary)

These are estimates — actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

💌 Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep (or dog’s paws 🐾).

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — watch our homepage and email newsletter for updates!

🐶 Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dogloverswag.com with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.

🌎 International Orders

We’re happy to ship worldwide! ** Free shipping does not apply, some items are not eligible for international shipping.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. Dog Lover Swag is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

❓ Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Double-check with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.

  3. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us at contact@dogloverswag.com and we’ll help you file a claim or resend your order when possible.
