At Dog Lover Swag, your satisfaction means the world to us! Every product is made with love and care to celebrate the bond between dogs and their humans. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

🛍️ Returns

We accept returns on most non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-printed products (such as tumblers, hats, or apparel with custom names or designs)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning your order.

🐶 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or misprinted.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@dogloverswag.com (or your preferred email) with photos of the issue and your order number.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email that we’ve received your item and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your refund is late or missing:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please email us at support@dogloverswag.com.

📦 Return Shipping Address

Please contact us at support@dogloverswag.com before sending your return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

❤️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue — we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

✨ Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made items (including printed tumblers, engraved hats, and personalized gifts) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error.
We cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, color variations, or size issues on personalized products.
